TerraScore scores one address at a time (or a list, on Pro). Pick a use-case (homestead, quiet home, ham/RF site, health-first, solar, family, land flip, tax sale, and others). You get a 0–100 score (higher is safer / better fit), layer notes with data-as-of stamps, and links to county and federal maps. A radon zone is not a home test; a quiet score is not a sound survey.

One-time PDF reports: $15 Snapshot, $25 Standard, $35 Deep (every use-case compared), $55 Deep Diligence (health, well chemistry, Superfund/TRI, EMI). Optional $8 add-ons: well chemistry, Total Quiet / RF+EMI, Superfund/TRI. Pay by card; the PDF is emailed after payment. Paid seats can mint a `ts_live_` API key and POST /api/v1/score.

Monthly plans: Buyer $39/mo (~50 addresses) or $390/year. Pro $119/mo (~500 addresses, extra logins $29/mo, your logo on the PDF) or $1,190/year.

## Coverage

National layers work for most U.S. addresses (soil, flood, elevation, streams, full NRI hazard index, radon, well chemistry, karst, landslide, mines, Superfund/TRI proximity, growing season, solar irradiance, air quality, broadband/fiber clues, towers, HV-line EMI, road/rail/airport noise, dark-sky proxy, parks, drive time). Parcel and owner notes are richest in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

## What it is not

Not MLS listings. Not skip-trace or phone numbers. Not a survey, perc test, title opinion, radio-engineering study, or investment advice.
