Where the numbers come from

• Layer scores (0–1) — usually higher = better/safer for typical use (e.g. wildfire 0.9 = lower fire concern).
• Composite (0–100) — fit for the selected persona only. The same parcel can score high for off-grid and low for commercial.
• Gates — hard flags (floodway, wetland-on-site, etc.) that soft-penalize the composite and surface separately.
• OTA / LOS — over-the-air reception and geometric line-of-sight using tower tags + 3DEP elevation samples. Screening only.
• Click a metric in the app to see the glossary entry, source citation, and raw feature payload when available.

CSV import accepts a column named like address (or the first column). Addresses that cannot be geocoded are skipped; others are still scored. Export a single score, a batch, or a saved list to CSV from the app.
