One-time PDF reports ($15 / $25 / $35 / $55)

• Reports are digital goods generated for a specific address after payment.
• If generation fails or we cannot deliver the PDF, email us and we will regenerate or refund that order in full.
• If you ordered the wrong address before opening/using the report, contact us promptly; we may regenerate for the correct address or refund at our discretion.
• Because content is produced immediately, change-of-mind refunds after a successful delivery are generally not available, except where required by law.

Add-ons

Optional paid add-ons follow the same digital-goods rules as the parent report.

Buyer / Pro seats

Invite-gated subscriptions: cancel by emailing us. Access typically continues through the paid period. No proration unless we agree in writing or law requires it. Seat billing details on your invoice control.
