Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the TerraScore application and marketing pages at terrascore.diversifiedtechsolutions.com (not terrascore.com, which we do not operate). Parent Diversified Tech Solutions marketing privacy does not by itself describe this app.

What we collect

• One-time report orders: name, email, property address (and optional notes), payment confirmation via Stripe. We use these to generate and email your PDF report.
• Invite / seat requests: name, email, and message so we can reply about Buyer/Pro access.
• Accounts (invite-gated): email, password hash, plan selection, address history tied to your seat.
• Technical: standard server/CDN logs (IP, user agent). Privacy-respecting analytics may include self-hosted Umami and/or Cloudflare insights. We do not sell personal data.

How we use data

• Fulfill paid one-time reports and deliver PDFs by email
• Operate invite-only seats and respond to access requests
• Prevent abuse, process refunds when applicable, improve scoring coverage

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on TerraScore servers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Stripe, DNS/CDN) under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.

Retention

Order and account records are kept as ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. You may email us to request deletion of account data subject to legal retention needs.

Children

TerraScore is not directed at children under 13.
