These Terms govern use of TerraScore at terrascore.diversifiedtechsolutions.com.

The service

TerraScore provides screening-style habitability and hazard estimates for U.S. addresses (quiet/noise proxies, radon, water, flood, growing season, cell, and related research links). Reports are informational estimates, not surveys, appraisals, environmental site assessments, legal advice, or medical advice. Always verify with on-site professionals before a purchase or health decision.

One-time reports

Published one-time PDF tiers on the live site: $15 Snapshot · $25 Standard · $35 Deep dive · $55 Deep Diligence, plus optional add-ons shown at checkout (e.g. $8 add-ons). Prices on the live checkout control if they differ from this page.

Subscriptions

Buyer and Pro monthly seats (published list prices on the homepage) are request-access / invite-gated unless we open self-serve signup. No public guarantee of seat availability.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate contact and address information
• Do not scrape, resell raw feeds, or overload the API beyond published limits
• Do not submit others' personal data unlawfully

Data sources can be incomplete or change. Scores can be wrong. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diversified Tech Solutions / TerraScore’s total liability for a claim relating to a one-time report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Governing law

United States · State of Tennessee. Venue in the courts serving Washington County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
